1. When is check in and check out?


Check in will be between noon and 1 PM on Wednesday, July 23 with our first session starting at 1:30 PM. Check out will be at 3 PM on Friday, July 25. 2. What is the schedule like for camp?


There will be 2 sessions on Wednesday (1:30 PM to 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM), three sessions on Thursday (9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, and 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM) and two sessions on Friday (9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM.)

3. Where do the girls stay?


The campers as well as coaching staff will stay in one of the dorms adjacent to Rooney Field. All dorms have central air and each room accommodates 2 campers.

4. What facilities will you use?


We will use Rooney Field, the home of the Dukes Lacrosse Team and McCloskey Field directly behind the AJ Palumbo Center. Parents are always welcome to come out and watch the sessions.

5. Where will the campers eat?


All meals will be in one of the on campus dining facilities at Duquesne University. We will offer a wide range of food to satisfy even the pickiest of campers.

6. Do commuters need to bring their own food?


Commuters have lunch and dinner included in the price of camp so there is no need to pack meals! Just drop them off with their gear and they are good to go.

7. How many campers do you usually get?


We typically get around 75 campers a summer. This allows us to play full field games but also allows us to give a great deal of individual attention. Based on our facilities camp numbers are limited and we have sold out the last two years so register early!

8. Can players of any skill level come to camp?


All skill levels are welcome to come to camp. We will tailor our teaching to match each individual’s skill level and learning goals. We want every camper to make the most of their camp experience and walk away with knowledge and skills that allow them to RAISE their game

9. My daughter is flying in for camp. Can she obtain transportation to and from the airport?


Yes, Raising the Bar Lacrosse Camp offers free transportation to and from PIT for all registered campers.

10. What is the refund policy?


Raising the Bar Lacrosse Camp will provide a full refund for medical reasons before July 1, 2014 minus a $75 processing fee; however after July 1, 2014 there will be NO refunds.
